ADECOM Network…….

Animation, Development, Economy and Communication Network (ADECOM Network) is a dynamic and growing collective dedicated to empowering women and children. We work tirelessly to improve the daily lives of women and children in their communities through humanitarian response, capacity building, and sustainable development initiatives.

Founded on 27th January 1992 under the Trust Act by the visionary feminist activist Ms. Lalidamballe in Puducherry, ADECOM Network was created to amplify the voices of women and children and address systemic challenges in the social sector. Ms. Lalidamballe’s unwavering commitment to gender equality and social justice laid the foundation for ADECOM Network to become a beacon for transformative change.

Even after her passing on 14th October 2023, her legacy continues to inspire our work. ADECOM Network remains steadfast in its mission to empower women and children, drive systemic change, and build a more just, inclusive, and equitable society for all.
