  • Mr. S. Perumal

    MANAGING TRUSTEE

    Mr. Perumal is an thinker, advocate, and social leader, currently guiding ADECOM Network with a deep commitment to gender equality and empowerment.
    A published author and founder of Kootukkural theatre group, he has produced social dramas promoting women and children’s rights.
    He is also dedicated to preserving and transferring traditional arts to the younger generation.
    After the passing of P. Lalidamballe on 14th October 2023, he continues to lead ADECOM Network with the same passion and vision for social change.

  • Ms. V. Nandhini

    TRUSTEE
    Ms. V. Nandhini, brings over a decade of experience in project management and a rich academic background with degrees in Governance & Development, Microfinance Management, Social Work, and Psychology.
    Her multidisciplinary expertise spans program management, fundraising, microfinance, and community engagement, enabling her to design and lead impactful development initiatives.
    As a consultant, she has strengthened NGOs through fundraising, proposal writing, MIS, MEAL tools, and team capacity building.
    A strategic thinker and effective communicator, Ms. Nandhini is dedicated to empowering marginalized communities, advancing social justice, and promoting human rights through sustainable development.


  • Mr. N.K Perumal

    TRUSTEE

    Mr N. K. Perumal is a distinguished Senior Advocate practicing at the Puducherry District Court and former Public Prosecutor of the Puducherry Government (until 2012).
    Appointed as trustee in 2012, he brings deep legal expertise to champion women’s empowerment and child protection. A long-standing member and past president and governor of the Lions Club in Puducherry, he has led numerous community initiatives through the club for societal betterment.
    At ADECOM, he provides free legal advice to domestic violence survivors, strengthens legal advocacy on women’s and child rights, and builds vital partnerships with local authorities. Passionate about human rights, democratic governance, and gender equality, Mr. Perumal remains committed to creating a society where women and children are safe, empowered, and heard.

  • Ms. P.Sankari

    TRUSTEE

    Ms K. Sankariis a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and rights. Serving as the Administrator of Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College in Pondicherry, she brings valuable administrative expertise and strategic insight to ADECOM. Deeply committed to advancing gender equality, she actively supports the organization’s mission by guiding programs, fostering partnerships, and advocating for policies that uplift marginalized women and girls. With interests spanning education, skill development, and social justice, Ms. Sankari envisions a society where women have equal opportunities and continues to inspire collective action toward this goal.
